Establishment of Guidelines on Licensing for LLM-jp Deliverables

LLM-jp has newly established a policy to, in principle, refrain from adopting restrictive licenses for future publicly released deliverables. Going forward, licenses and related matters will be determined in accordance with this guideline. For more details, please refer to the blog post below:
