Breakout Session (1) LLM Research for Students [Conference Room 101]
- The Japanese Symposium on Open Large Language Models will host breakout sessions to provide opportunities for students to ask questions and discuss research topics related to the latest large language model (LLM) studies.
Currently, about 40 research assistants and technical staff are actively involved in LLM-jp, and during this session, participating students will share examples of their research within LLM-jp as well as broader cases of LLM development and applications.
We invite participants to join the discussion as outlined below.

Breakout Session (2) LLM Development and Applications [Conference Room 102]
- The Japanese Symposium on Open Large Language Models will also host breakout sessions for researchers and engineers from industry and related organizations to discuss technical challenges, future directions, and expectations for the LLM-jp models in the context of LLM development and applications.
We welcome participants as detailed below.
